Every session at Base Attak is built for all levels - whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been training for years.Classes are go-at-your-own-pace, so you choose how hard to push on the day. We run our training in 12-week blocks throughout the year, each designed to focus on a specific aspect of fitness.Training in blocks is like giving your body a roadmap instead of just wandering aimlessly in the gym.
